Find a Pilates class that suits you
You don’t need to know all the different styles of Pilates before you begin.
Some of our classes are quiet and gentle, while others offer a stronger practice. Use the guide below to find an option that sounds comfortable for you.
New to Pilates?
You can begin without previous experience. Work at an appropriate pace and become familiar with the movements gradually.
Looking to build strength?
Pilates places particular emphasis on controlled movement, stability and core strength.
Prefer something considered rather than fast-paced?
The regular Pilates sessions are medium intensity rather than high-intensity exercise.
Returning after time away?
You don’t need to pick up where you left off. Start from where you are now and build confidence again.
Looking for something more energetic?
Pilates-Circuits combines Pilates-based core work with a stronger exercise session.
